Refund and Return Policy

At Alpharapic, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality, luxurious furniture. We understand that sometimes a return or refund is necessary. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully to understand our procedures.


Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Original Condition:
    The item must be in its original condition, unused, unassembled, and with all original packaging and tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or assembly will not be accepted for return.

  • Proof of Purchase:
    You must have a valid receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase.

  • Return Window:
    You must initiate the return process within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Reason for Return:
    Returns will be accepted for damaged items, defective items, or if the product does not match the original description. Returns based on change of mind are not accepted.


How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us:
    Notify our customer service team via email at info@alpharapic.net or by phone at (610) 459-8891 within 14 days of delivery. Explain the reason for your return and provide your order number.

  2. Return Authorization:
    Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).

  3. Secure Packaging:
    Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging or in comparable protective packaging to prevent damage during transit. Clearly mark the outside of the package with the RA number.

  4. Shipping:
    Ship the item(s) to the return address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.


Inspection and Processing

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above. If the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.


Refund Options

  • Original Payment Method:
    Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Store Credit:
    In some cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative to a refund. This will be discussed with you during the return process.

  • Processing Time:
    Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive and approve your return.


Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-Made or Personalized Items:
    Items made to your specifications cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Clearance or Sale Items:
    Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Shipping and Handling Fees:
    Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately at info@alpharapic.net or by phone at (610) 459-8891. We will require photos or videos as proof of damage or defect. Depending on the nature of the issue, we will either:

  • Provide a full refund.
  • Send a replacement.
  • Arrange for repair.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you must return the original item and place a new order.


Right to Refuse Returns

Alpharapic reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
